Health benefits are optional for small employers, which makes choosing to offer them meaningful.
My role is to help you make that choice with clarity, honesty, and respect for your business and your people. I work independently, explain options plainly, and design benefit structures that are intentionally simple.
I don’t push unnecessary plans or disappear after enrollment.
I work best with employers who value thoughtful decisions and long-term relationships.
While Cake Benefits is rooted locally, I continue to work with a small number of long-term clients outside California through established relationships and referrals.

I help small employers offer health benefits thoughtfully, honestly, and without unnecessary complexity.
Cake Benefits was founded on a simple idea: for many small businesses, offering health insurance is a choice — and when that choice is made, it will align with how an employer cares for their people.
Before starting Cake Benefits, I worked closely with leadership teams inside growing companies, including serving in senior HR roles. That experience shapes how I work today — not as a product seller, but as a long-term advisor focused on real people and real decisions.
I primarily work with local, founder-led businesses in South Orange County. Through referrals, I also support a small number of long-standing clients outside California. These relationships are intentional and built on trust.
My goal is to stay involved, accessible, and practical — helping employers make benefit decisions they can feel good about today and confident in tomorrow.
